Mobile Music Education
In 2006 Evan Sherman founded Mobile Music Education (MME) to offer top quality music lessons in the comfort of the students home at competitive rates. MME makes learning an instrument fun and efficient for students of all ages. A secure and personalized log-in website makes it easy for students and parents to access their schedule and to see exactly what they should be practicing. Annual recitals keep participating students motivated and provide an opportunity to perform on stage in front of an audience.
Evan is a professional musicians with expertise and experience on an variety of instruments and works hard to craft a curriculum specifically suited for every individual student. Lessons are available for everyone ages 5 and up. No matter what your goals are, Mobile Music Education can help you reach them.

Evan Sherman got his first guitar for his 12th Birthday and has been fully immersed in music ever since. After a graduating from high school Evan studied guitar performance and music education at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. While attending Berklee, Evan was taught by world class professional musicians including David Tronzo, Robin Stone, Norm Zocher, and many more. After attending Berklee, Evan studied education at Wayne State University for 3 years. Throughout his college career he played Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Piano with the original rock band Bloomill. Bloomill provided him countless hours on stage, in the studio, and writing music.
Evan is currently the lead guitarist and Music Director in the popular event band Collision Six. C6 plays over 90 shows a year at various events all around Metro-Detroit and was rated the best band in Detroit in 2014 by the Detroit A-List.
Between the various bands Evan has played with over the years, he has spent over 1,000 hours on stage playing a variety of instruments. Evan has been teaching music for over 12 years to a diverse student body of all ages and is looking forward to a future dedicated to teaching music and sharing his passion.
