About

When asked when he started his professional career as a drummer Dave Marcaccio asked if that meant being paid to play which was 1972 in High School. In 1998 Dave was in a group along with Gary Greenfelder called One Beat Back and they released a Album/CD called Standardized.

Today, Dave may be one of the busiest drummers in the Metro Detroit Area. He is the drummer for LL7 Latin Jazz, The MillionAires, The Kenny Parker Band, Thornetta Davis and Tracy Cash. One Sunday each month when Mystery Train hosts the open jam at the Blue Goose Inn, Dave fills in for the regular drummer Dylan McCarty, Jim McCarty's son. He's played with Kimmie Horne, David Nefesh, Dave even was the drummer when 8 year old Mighty Michael sang and played harmonica to Johnny Be Godde at the Blue Goose Inn in 2016.
