About

Stiff Competition L-R
Mike Elgert, Rick Browarski, Brandon Trenz, Karl Crafton

Stiff Competition came together for a 2006 Halloween show at the Berkley Front and had so much fun to become someone else for an hour, paying homage to the sights & sounds of one of America's greatest arena rock bands, Cheap Trick, They decided to form a band. “Stiff Competition” is a song from Cheap Trick’s 1978 album “Heaven Tonight.” Stiff Competition plays the hits you know by heart to the deep tracks you'll be humming for days after the show.
