The Redones is a band that honors the great bands of Hamtramck from the late 1970s power punk movement. Covering The Reruns, Motor City Mutants and The Romantics and more... The band is partly a Reruns tribute act, playing Reruns songs alongside a variety of covers and original material. Why shouldn't they be. The band is made up of Ken Kondrat’s three sons, Carl, Steve and Paul Kondrat, as well as his nephews, Tom Kondrat and Matthew Lorio. Ken was the Reruns lead vocalist as well as a member of the Polish Muslims.
