About
The Drinkard Sisters, Bonnie and her sister Caitlin have been playing music together since they were kids growing up in a musical household and publicly as a duo since 2010. The music of the Drinkard Sisters is something otherworldly. It's the sound of the train gone too far to catch. The haunting call of the whippoorwill in its nest. The AM station that breaks up at the county line, Caitlin & Bonnie deliver thoughtful country folk sounds that will transport you to another time and place.
At Mittenfest in 2015 Drinkard Sisters preformed as a full on, co-ed group with Nick Landstrom, Dan Clark and Ryan Harroun. They had so much fun that they decided to make the band permanent.
“It’s a totally different experience for us, playing with the full band versus when it’s just the two of us, but, I mean, that’s kind of a good thing,” says Bonnie.
