About
An alt-country/roots rock band from the Detroit area featuring honest songs about everyday, working people.
What started out in 2004 as The Inside Outlaws Collective an exclusive group of singer-songwriters and musicians loosely based out of Downriver Detroit. The Inside Outlaws were born from the theory that hard work, determination and faith can get you anywhere, the Inside Outlaws created an organization designed to find and develop talented singer/songwriters. Co-founded by Sam Wood, Don “Doop” Duprie and Ty Stone, the Collective also included Scott Kinson, Pat V and the Detroit 3, Screamray, and Matt D’Mitz.
By 2007 the collective had morphed into Don's band Doop and the Inside Outlaws.
