The Crowfoot is a mixed-use independent entertainment complex made up of 3 venues in one building (The Crofoot Ballroom, The Pike Room & The Vernors Room) The Crowfoot building has been around in one form or another since 1830. See the Wikipedia article for complete history.
In 2005, the City of Pontiac had condemned the property, and scheduled it for demolition. In 2006 a local developer began the renovation of this important Pontiac landmark. On Sept 7, 2007 the doors to The Crofoot reopened as a new home for music & art in Metro Detroit. The building features a state-of-the-art sound system, and much of the original historical integrity remains. The Crofoot is committed to presenting the finest talent from around the world and around the corner.
Crofoot Ballroom
The Crofoot Ballroom & Balcony is the largest space in the Crofoot complex. This room has a standing capacity of 1100 people but is fully configurable to accommodate smaller crowds in a seated environment. This is an ideal space not only for concerts, but for banquets, weddings, dance parties, and corporate events.
Pike Room
The Pike Room is an intimate second floor space that can accommodate 250 guests standing, and is fully configurable for seated events.
Vernors Room
The Vernors Room is an outstanding small venue, perfect for parties looking for an extraordinary environment. The room can accommodate 75 guests.
