From Musicpage
BAD DOG USA was founded by Lead Guitarist/Singer Bill Bouvier in 1997 in Toronto Ontario. After spending 8 plus years of touring Canada, The band decided to take a much needed break. In 2008 while living in Southeast Michigan, Bill attempted to get the band back out and working. Only to find the other members had moved on to other projects.

Bill began an exhaustive search to continue the hard hitting in your face rock, the band was known for. After working with several musicians but not finding any with the same ideology he was ready to give up. When he met Bob Tremblay (formerly of Overdose & Qarterbounce) who had just finished a 4 year stint working on TV and movies (Detroit 187,Game of Death,). Bob introduced him to Jerry Kuck (the Sleeze) on Bass (formerly yummy Junk & Quarterbounce), and Jeff Hall on Drums (formerly Stages) who had just recently relocated to Michigan from Buffalo NY.

In early February of 2013 the guys hit the studio and instantly knew it was a fit for all. Bad Dog was back better than ever. With its blazing guitar solos, hard driving rhythm lines and chest thumping bass and drum lines. It was time to get out and be heard.

After only 2 weeks of rehearsal Bad Dog hit the scene playing their first show at the Perfect Pitcher Bar, which lead to 3 month deal at the Nuclear Lounge in Newport MI, shows at Bucks Place in Dearborn Heights and numerous private parties.
