About
Created as a folk/rock/country cover band in 2014 and originally a trio, now a duo, Athens Creek is an Americana roots band out of Southeast Michigan. They have a strong emphasis on male/female vocal harmony and a versatile sound that sways from soft and melodic to punchy and rhythmic.
They've adopted those sounds to create an explosively unique and original sound. Athens Creek has been defined as an excellent blend of Modern and Classic, and the perfect listening band for all ages.
Taylor Walls-Haring and Nate Jones are the driving force behind the band and its success.
